1. Baby's name — please double-check the spelling before submitting. Once production starts, we can't make changes.
2. Colour of the name — choose from the list below and write it here (e.g. "Name colour: Gold").
3. Gift message (optional) — if this is a gift and you'd like us to include a handwritten card, add your message here.
