Every piece at Oh Happy Co. is handmade and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is in production.

Under EU consumer law, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Returns & cancellations

• Returns are not accepted for personalised or handmade items.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If something arrives damaged

We package every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ohhappyco.eu@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll review your request and offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
