This website is operated by Oh Happy Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Oh Happy Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Products & Orders
All our products are handmade and often personalised. For this reason, minor variations in colour, design or finish may occur and are part of the handmade process. Product photos are for reference only.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, delivery areas and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details.
Online Dispute Resolution
As a business operating within the EU, we are required to inform you that the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings, but you are welcome to contact us directly at ohhappyco.eu@gmail.com to resolve any issues.
Liability
Oh Happy Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
